Supervisor

About this role

We are looking for a responsible and organized Supervisor to oversee daily activities, coordinate employees, monitor work performance, and ensure that assigned tasks are completed efficiently and according to company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities and employees.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members
• Monitor employee performance and work progress.
• Ensure daily operations are carried out efficiently
• Provide guidance and support to employees when needed.

Requirements

• Grade 12 completion or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant supervisory experience.
• Good leadership and team coordination skills
• - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
